TEC 2026 - New Venue & Expanded Format!
We’re excited to announce that TEC 2026 is growing! Join us at our new venue, the Crowne Plaza Princeton Conference Center, located at 870 Scudders Mill Road, Plainsboro, NJ — for a day and a half of learning, networking, and celebration.
Dates:
April 14–15, 2026
This year’s event will kick off with a half-day training session with lunch on Tuesday, April 14, followed by exclusive vendor access from 5:00–6:00 PM, leading into our annual Vendor & Member Appreciation Event that evening.
Then, spend Wednesday, April 15 enjoying a full day of sessions, exhibits, and networking opportunities with peers from across the region.

Room Block:
A special room block will be available at the Crowne Plaza Princeton for attendees who wish to stay overnight and make the most of both days. Details on booking will be shared once registered.
NOTE: The waiver request for overnight lodging was APPROVED by the Commissioner of Education. As a result of this waiver, school districts will be able to reimburse attendees for one night of overnight lodging; Tuesday, April 14. Reimbursement for other fees, etc. are subject to the limitations and conditions set forth by your board and the travel regulations set forth by the NJDOE.
